How to Wear Heels without Getting Hurt

All women love to wear high heels, but once is enough to wear the wrong pair for your feet to cause yourself pain. Although heels can cause health problems sometimes approached outfit requires some shoes to match, and if you choose the right height, there won’t be other problems.

You don’t have to endure the pain to look fabulous in your favorite pair of shoes. If you like to wear heels, there are a few tricks that will help you to resist a whole day at height. Here are some of it:

♣ The frame is thicker, the more comfortable you will feel. Thin heels will not provide stability and will tired your feet. Sometimes, however, the preferred dress will not look perfect than with a pair of stilleto, so you can make exceptions.

♣ Ensure that you choose the right size of shoes. The biggest mistake of women  is that they don’t know their size wearing shoes. Your foot changes over the years, especially after giving birth, so always prove what you buy.

♣ Find out what type of foot you have. When you choose your shoes is very important if your foot is flat or form a bow in one hand.

♣  Take breaks in heels! During the day, take off your shoes and relax your feet.

♣ Choose platforms rather thin soles. Thin soles will cause pain, while platforms or thick soles will release pressure while you walk. A sole of a rubber material is perfect.

♣ The soles with inserts will help you resist on the heels. Some shoes have the outsole inner silicone inserts that relax your leg. Their role is to prevent the foot from sliding and to prevent pain.

♣  Spread your feet after take your shoes off. After a day in heels, you must do some stretching exercises to ease your feet.

♣  Choose shoes that  covers as much of the leg. Boots with heels, for example, can be worn all day without problems. Because you can not wear it summer try sandals with straps thick, covering as much of the foot.
