High heels – a risk to health
Besides dislocations, twists, corns and foot pain caused by high heels shoes, women are exposed to higher risks, they can have serious effects on the spine, muscles and overall balance of the body.
Whether you used to wear high heels or still using and is a nightmare for you, next time you are wearing this type of shoes, you should think twice before choosing a pair of shoes or boots on the shelf. Here’s why:

However, aside from these benefits, we first must think of our health. So, if you get used to wearing high heels, try doing a few simple exercises each day for calves and ankles and, whenever you get a chance, go barefoot. It is a very healthy practice!
