Coffee consumption does not influence the risk of coronary heart disease and may prevent gallstones at women.

Negative effects of drinking to much coffee : disturbance in the digestive system, causes palpitations, insomnia, anxiety, depression, tremors and muscle weakness.
In conclusion, coffee should be consumed in moderation, without excesses as all these are affecting the health of our body. It is recommended a single cup of coffee per day and that drunk only in the morning.
