Causes and Remedies for Snoring

Snoring is one of the most unpleasant sounds, especially when after a long day of work all that you want is to rest well but this is not possible because your partner is offering you a white night with an ‘unwanted concert’.

Leaving the joke aside snoring is a disease in the true sense. We all know people who are really affected, whether men or women, children or adults.

What causes snoring?

Snoring occurs when air that enters through the mouth or nose into the lungs causes the vibration of airway tissue due to a narrowing or obstruction. The more airways are narrowed the more vibrate the tissues it gets louder and louder. Snoring does not appear out of sleep because the neck muscles maintain fixed the tissues of the upper neck. During sleep the muscles relax causing it.

Here are other causes:

The Vices – Some addictions include smoking and alcohol consumption. Alcohol inhibits a part of the brain that is responsible for the control of breath causing neck muscles and tongue relax more than is necessary causing partial obstruction of airflow.

The Coldness – Is the most common reason why a person snores. Clogged nose makes it hard to breathe when you sleep and produces that annoying noise.

The Obesity – Excess fat does not help at all, to nothing! The heart is forced to pump harder and airways are also suffocated by the fat from their trajectory.

Nasal polyps – Are the cause for which young children are heard snoring. Any disease of these glands disrupts the natural flow of oxygen in the body.

The Allergies – No matter at what you have allergies they lead to the swelling of nasal passages impeding air inhalation required by the organism.

Deviated septum – A common disease that can disrupt the flow of air from the nose.

How to treat the snoring?

Snoring can be treated only with recommended treatment by your doctor. He must find the cause that provokes it so that he can to be able to sets a diagnosis. Not all people who snore do it for the same reason , therefore it is necessary medical attention.

So if you have problems with this annoying disease that makes you wake up tired the next day, do not hesitate to take the necessary steps to put you on your feet! This way you can improve your well being, you will regain your trust and above all, you will not sleep with care and thought that your partner will wake up in every five minutes.
